Our fitness classes combine a variety of different types of workouts to keep your body guessing & create dynamic all-around training. You don’t have to be fighter to train like a fighter and get in the best shape of your life!

Classes include a combination of weight training, cardio kickboxing and agility. Our instructors our trained to work with YOUR needs! We will do our best to understand your limitations and goals and get you the best workout possible without pushing you beyond your limits. We have helped many students who felt out of shape reach their weight & fitness goals. We have also proved to many that we can overcome any disability you may have and that you are never too old you start!
